RSN Trip to Frigate Stalwarth

I WOKE UP @6.20AM TO GO TO CHANGI NAVAL BASE -.-

i couldnt rmb when i accepted RSN's invitation
for e visit to frigate @ Changi Naval Base
frigate is their latest warship, it's been 3 years since 2005

e trip started bout 9.30am & ends bout 12 noon
terrible thing was, we had a long waiting time @ e entrance in e bus
as e guards gotta check the vehicle and our identification
for security reason of course :)
am use to it long ago, but this time
i had a feeling of looking forward to go t the base again :)
NO MP3, NO HANDPHONE, NO PSP, NO PAGER, NO CAMERA
all communication and image capturing devices were being surrendered
so photofreak-tin, din take any pictures :)

i'm so impressed with e technologies tt were installed in this vessel
everywhere is air-conditioned except for some places
with double decker bed in cabin & HOT water for shower :)

it was my very 1st time going into the auditorium
we climb e stairs :) ivy rmbs me

the trip was very fulfilling
it brings me back t e time i quit lasalle & went to NYP,
determined to join RSN upon graduation
everythings seems to be back again
dream seems to pull me nearly
telling me, "It's time."

i'll be attending a talk on NSS tmr morning 9.30am
not alone this time as i've know a new friend, xiang yi, during this trip
will be goingfor morning tea in CMPB's canteen with her b4 the talk :)

of course, i've told my parent bout it
mummy insist me not to join
daddy say must be a captain -.-
not so soon la,
have you ever seen a recruit become a captain in few mths?
but daddy say as long as i pass e interview, he'll be happy for me
meaning IT'S A GREEN LIGHT FROM HIM for me to join RSN =D

not forgetting to meet my parent for shopping after e trip
weather was very nice, not very humid
got myself a top frm DP & a short frm NET

& 4 perfume @ one shot :)
